create a FAQ Dropdown component in the UI directory that will be used in the FAQ section of the site
use MUI icons for the plus/minus signs
include onClick functionality to open the answer section
OPTIONAL add a rotation animation to the plus sign when the dropdown is opened
see designs (labelled send to tech)
