  • implement the apply section from the designs using the section readme as a template and tailwind for styling
  • file should go in the apps/main/src/Sections directory
  • background (green and cream layers) should be exported as a single svg, then imported and rendered as a React component
  • this ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE the "What Hackbeanpot is all about" content
  • ensure desktop and mobile responsiveness, prioritizing desktop
