I can't seem to be able to turn it on so it monitors what sites I go to. It always says 'Inactive', and I went to my option settings and it all seems to be correct. It did work before, I don't know what changed.

Can you show us screenshots of the settings you have, and of it showing "inactive"?

You can drag them images into a new comment here, or if you'd like to keep the settings private, email them to [email protected] and include this URL in your email: github.com//issues/151

I sent you the email containing the pictures, since if I posted in here it would show my API Token.

I re-read your instructions, and apparently I misread the last bit... My apologies! I sent the right email.

Cool, thanks for that! I've copied them below to help with troubleshooting the issue but I've trimmed out your UserID (e1d841df-0cc4-4d28-989b-4ebf8d92cf4c) and API Token, however I can confirm that they were entered correctly.

What browser are you using, including its version number, and what operating system and version?

Okay, thanks!

I have Google Chrome up, and the version number is Version 54.0.2840.87 m.

I think it's worth mentioning that I originally used Firefox and used their extension of Habitica's site watcher. I did go back to Firefox and deleted the extension because I thought that could have been causing the issue, but the Chrome extension is still 'inactive'.

Oh, forgot to add in the operating system. I'm using Windows 10 Home, but I'm not sure about the version number - how do you find out?

I'll add in my computer information as well, even though I highly doubt this is the source of the issue;
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 16.0 GB (15.9 usable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor

Anything else?

I'm experiencing the same issue: since I opted to "take a break" I haven't been able to switch back from inactive. It's a shame because I found it a very helpful extension for the day I used it!

I'm using chrome too, version 54.0.2840.99 m (64-bit), if that helps.

Thanks

I´m having the same problem, just after I opted to take a break.

I found a way to make it work but have to do it again when reboot.

  1. Go to the extension settings disable and enable site watcher and.
  2. Go to extension config on Chrome and disable/enable the extension.

That's it, but I wish there was a way to completely fix this. Pd. Sorry about my awful English

This problem still persists. Once I take a break, the extension shows inactive and cant be fixed.
