We want to be able to see bikkelpunten over the past week/month/year etc.
For this we need to do a couple of things:

Revamp database tables for bikkelpunt storage (see attachments)
Convert UPDATE statement to INSERT statement
Convert create_bikkelpunt_record to create user in member table
...

Additionally: suggest to let table sotw_winner make use of the member table to prevent duplicate data in the database

NOTE: attached database schema is merely a suggestion. Feel free to edit.
