Increase width of example blocks

When displaying an example, the

 block of text is roughly 50% of the width of the available space. Please increase this so that it fills more of the screen realestate available and makes the examples more easily readable.

The rendering code that we use uses a 'fixed width', which needs to be set to a width that will work on the smallest type of device we expect to have. It's a known issue to make this better, but it's not a simple change. Jose will investigate.
