Add sponsor domain

Want to be able to select from a few predefined (Boostrapped) sponsors and change the top sponsors row on the home page. I envision there being an admin page where one cold dynamically select the space / food / beverage sponsor and easily change them month to month without changing code and redeploying.

Work to do:

1. Create admin page
2. Pages controller - Dynamically get space / food / beverage sponsor - only one should be assigned to each.
3. Replace home with home2 & sponsors with sponsors2 (2s are first pass with domain objects)

For this to all work we would need to have a functioning DB backend which is issue #110. I'm closing this ticket as done and making a note there to remove the toggle if check in /page/home.
