Designs to be fixed

• Switch the positions of the date selection bar and the search bar
• Change the color of the search bar into some bright, grayscale color.
• Change settings button on the top left to "Today" button.
• Add "new event" button on the top right (which used to be "Today" button).
  • Implement new event function.
• Add tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
• Show the title of each section at the top middle of the app.
• In the event detail screen, move the eligibility information bar above the date and address.
