ReActor via Serverless Question

Hi there! Bit of a noob question here, but if I'm running ReActor via a serverless setup, are there any tips and tricks to help improve load times on new workers? Sometimes, I've noticed that buffalo_l starts downloading on first run. Should I preinstall that? Any help/insight here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
