WinError 123 (Windows) when installing via Jupyter Notebook

When installing package through Jupyter Notebook on Windows OS, receiving error ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [WinError 123] The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect: 'C:\\Users\\Username\\...\\{{"{{\'.github\' if use_github_action}}"}}'

Can you share how you installed solutions-builder on jupyter? Did you run !pip install solutions-builder?
