* Update errorprone

1. ErrorProne was crashing on my machine, bumping the version fixed it.
2. versions-rules.xml was changed on my machine a while ago, committing
this.

Add Google ErrorProne (#55)

* Downgrade to 2.0.15 EP

* Add a java version

* Only test w/ OpenJDK8

ErrorProne knows a lot about the compiler internals, so you can always
use EP and compile for j7 w/ JDK8 and all will be well.
