NP Site Admin > Dashboard view needs to be eliminated or cleaned up

NP Site Admins don’t need to see any of this and they will never use any of it:

In fact, on pretty much every page in the NP Site Admin view, there’s irrelevant stuff at the top that Admins must scroll away from to get to the real focus of the page.
