I think it's overkill to use React, or even Vue.js.
Pure HTML and CSS in a static site will do, maybe we could use Parcel for bundling (zero setup, it's literally run parcel index.html) and PostCSS for CSS.

I think that we can initialize with basic "components" (not web components with React, Vue, etc) of project, like a css/postcss base for a button. It works to everyone help.
