所有消息都是服务端发MSG_SYNC_NOTIFY给客户端，然后客户端拉消息，对于群消息，拉消息的请求会不会太多 #49

比如500人的群，如果群活跃，并发消息100，那么就是50000的拉取请求。

极端情况会是这样的。
以下会缓解这个问题

客户端每次拉取新消息时，单次可能会拉取多条消息

2.在用户有新消息时，服务端除了新消息通知，同时也会直接将新消息会推送到客户端，只有客户端无法处理新消息（消息顺序错乱时），才会触发客户端的拉取动作
