Not sure if normal windows doesnt close on click by default but its a wonky experience on mobile

This looks expected - with the exceptions:

  1. a send button should likely be visible at all times during emoji input
  2. the emoji window should be resized to the screen to be offset to the chat window and allow users to see what emoji they are entering
