Restructure the code

Explanation: Index.html has both internal CSS and js tags as well. Restructure the code to convert the internal CSS in index.html to index.css and also the js tags to index.js without any change in the functionality of the site.

NOTE: SITE FUNCTIONALITY SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED AFTER RESTRUCTURING OF FILES
