(Suggestion) Add a custom smithing template to upgrade to dragon equipment

It would be super cool if it required a special smithing template to upgrade to Dragon Armor and Equipment. This smithing template could generate in end cities and have a texture very similar to the Netherite Upgrade Template. I feel like this would make obtaining the dragon equipment a much more interesting process similar to that of obtaining netherite equipment, as well as fix the continuity of the game, as right now the upgrade using the netherite upgrade template doesn't make very much sense.
