Parse out badges

Recently stumbled on this undocumented api. May prove useful for parsing out badges.

Oh wow, the thread is from 2016 but that api still seems to work. I know the badge logic would need some overhaul, especially since Twitch seems to move away from message tags and rely more and more on badges to do their heavy lifting (which imo is pretty annoying, but what can we do).

I'll keep this in mind. Thanks for the notice. I'll keep the issue open as a reminder to look into this
