When creating a theme override if I need to add new or change values in the config.json -
I wondered: do I simply change the version in the original theme (seems unsafe), or create a copy with just the changes needed in the theme override folder? I tried this - with just the specific change I needed, but Publii does not merge the two versions together as evidence from the error message I got trying to access my previously accessible Pages.
My question is this: Will Publii merge the two complete files together if I have a copy in both the original theme and the override for the theme? If not then it is up to me to synchronize these when the theme is updated - right?
