Use Custom Item for Casting Spells

While using a raw fish for casting spells works, it is a bit annoying that doing so uses the same button that eats the fish. Thus, I have thought of a solution.

Add a custom item called the magic wand, crafted with an iron stick, and have it be craftable via the military crafting tab.
it will be easier to cast spells with the magic wand than it would be with fish.

Or maybe just make it so Iron Sticks are used to cast magic instead.
