i have been trying to connect my phone (with a broken display) so i cant go to setting and enable USB debugging, are there any alternatives ways so i can mirror the screen just for a while so i can transfer my data to new phone?

If you have an identical phone, you could try this PR to record your keyboard/mouse actions to enable USB debugging on the working phone, and replay them on the broken phone in OTG mode: #4556
