Please fix it

My logs:
ERROR AdbMonitor: Failed to monitor adb devices: Packet size should not be that big
INFO AdbMonitor: Restarting adb daemon

Why do you need to connect 40 Android Devices to One Machine? Are you running Server Applications on them?
Your error seems more related to limits within the ADB Server (which has nothing to do with Gnirehtet).
Have you tried connecting the devices to different ports? Or in general distributing the load evenly across the available USB Ports?

If that doesn't help: Maybe get more USB Ports through a PICe Card or similar solution.
