🎯 What? (Story Description)

Ensure the service retrieve dates and datetimes at UTC.

💡 Why? (Justification)

For better user experience.

🔨 Tasks (Breakdown)

  • Review if there is not timezone parsing from REMS to to the API client.
  • Ensure we retrieve date / datetime in UTC (with Z at the end)

✅ Acceptance Criteria

  • Is the service retrieving dates and datetimes in UTC?

On CKAN side, this is taken care of by explicitly making data UTC in the scheming GenomicDataInfrastructure/gdi-userportal-ckanext-gdi-userportal#90
