移动端菜单栏打不开 #130

设备：IphoneXR，IOS12.2，Safari
问题：主页右上角的菜单键单击无反应

PS：在安卓手机上也是同样的问题
PPS：在电脑网页（Chrome）中检查页面并切换成手机屏幕，也是同样的问题

麻烦了！

这个问题我去17年都反馈过。一直木有解决。。后来自己自学前端给改了。效果：www.yfmingo.cn

@Qin-Dong 我刚刚试了下你的网站，在Chrome->inspect 里面切换成手机端的页面，单击菜单也是没反应～
