Small issue with Hanoi solver

Solving for smaller boards (i.e. variant 3) first in the IndexSolver for Hanoi saves a file called Hanoi.txt (prob should also change the file ext in a later issue). The solver doesn't know that Hanoi wasn't solved for larger boards (i.e. variant 13) and thus produces invalid behavior. This is more of a problem with how Hanoi hashes rather than an issue with the overall solver itself.
