테스트 환경 최적화 및 테스트 픽스처 생성

H2로 DB테스트(native 제외)
테스트 실행 시 각 계층별로 SpringBoot를 1번 씩만 실행하여 개선
테스트를 위해 공통으로 생성되는 정보(엔티티)들 테스트 픽스처로 생성해서 중복제거(https://velog.io/@langoustine/Test-Fixture)
