Some time ago, an error with OpenAL began to appear when launching the client from the IDE.
First like this:
https://pastebin.com/k8uYb2wM

After some time, the error became larger and the client crashed:
https://pastebin.com/kEeMHdyR

If I remember correctly, when I built mods on regular old forgegradle, I didn't have this error.
I also conducted a series of experiments in which I discovered that the error also occurs on a clean client with forge without mods.

I hope you can understand the reason and fix this problem

An important nuance: the error is not permanent and appears in about 6 out of 10 cases.
When an error occurs, the music is there, then it is not there, the sounds of clicks are absolutely always reproduced.

upd
At some minecraft launcher and projects I don`t have this issue, as I see a Cofh-core mod repair this issue at 1.7.10
