[Suggestion] Integrate Schematica Support for Bookmark Groups

One of the key benefits of Schematica is that it generates a material list for the currently loaded schematic. My suggestion here is to add the ability for NEI to recognize the currently loaded Schematic and generate a bookmark group based on the items and quantities from within the material list. Due to cross mod functionality, I'll also be making a separate suggestion issue for schematica specifically to add a button in the materials list GUI to generate said bookmark group. It won't be until I get home as the repo doesn't have an open issue page and issue creation in the main gtnh modpack repo doesn't work on the mobile app.

Also down the road if/when NEI bookmarks get support for default recipe group link creation, this could similarly be integrated by creating all linked recipes for the materials list.
