allow dragging fluids from nei for processing patterns

make it so if you for example, check a recipe in nei to get it in your recent items bar, that you can then drag that fluid into a pattern and have it work. currently this creates fake fluid and makes patterns that cannot be used

Your Goal

because currently if you need to reorder a fluid in a pattern or any other reason, you need to search up and click in a fluid drop because theres no way to do it from nei ghost items.
