Dying during the afternoon makes you go back in time

Basically what the title says. Devs must've forgotten to advance the day of the week when dying during PM hours. This can be a really big issue for story progression since some phone calls only happen when a certain amount of time passes.

This also happens when using the Pay n' Spray 3 hours before the next day (21:00 - 23.59)
