@sanjay-kv @MastanSayyad I did not receive a swag for gssoc '24 for a top mentor and regular both. also, I am not able to generate my certificate of gssoc'24 extend. |

Hi @jeevan10017 This is our usual approach, and it always works well. However, this time, the contributors were a bit unresponsive, even after multiple reminders, no one voted, and none of the PAs responded. Collaborative work requires everyone’s input to achieve the best results. Apologies for the disappointment. We’ll certainly work on this. I was busy and not available while creating the list, so the team may have missed a few things, but I’ve reviewed and updated the list now As for the ranks, consider them as simple numbering, as all Top 50 PAs will receive the same rewards, also I didn't added you because you asked but added after cross checking, you can see that I have completely changed the list Here are some snapshots of how many times we reminded everyone to take it seriously:

Yeah also GSSoC should have a poll on the discord or something else were all are active even I am not aware of this mail because I am busy with the project work |

Hi @dohinafs, The decision was based on inactivity and multiple complaints from contributors who faced difficulties in raising PRs in your project. The published list is for PAs (Project Admins) and is curated based on their performance, project activity, responsiveness, and interaction with contributors. While you were active initially, there were several complaints later on, and unfortunately, no one voted for you or your project during the nomination phase. Here are some insights: The list is entirely based on activity levels—how responsive and communicative the PA was with contributors and the core team via Discord, GitHub discussions, and contributor nominations. Since this list highlights only the top 50 admins out of 210 projects, it was crucial to prioritize the most active, helpful and responsive admins. |
