Unable to verify my certificate

i can not verify my certificate , i can recheck my registered mail, github id, and role.
i can complete postman challenge and raise the pull request , on that time GSSoc have pull req issue than we can take screenshot and past on web3 challenge folder as the advised, they said that req will be merged by the mentor manually.

because the Gssoc pr server are going down and they said take a screenshot and put it into web3 conf repo , and they (mentor) manually merge them.

no i can not pull on web3 repo , i can past the screenshot of POST man challenge as per the advise given by mentor.
the name at the top "Aditya" is mine.
