cytokines_distributions

extract-IL6.R

Reads raw data from each study, extracts the required data. Writes to file. No need to run this script unless you're adding a new data source. Writes the results to IL6-only-stacked.csv

IL6_distr.R

  • Requires the file IL6-only-stacked.csv, available from the Meta-Research drive. The file should be placed in the root of the project.
  • Set working directory to root of project.
