Featured Image in post is vissible even though Media is locked

Hi there,

It appears that any assigned Featured Media (in a post) is treated a bit different from 'direct' media access protection or images in a post itself. When an image in the library is assigned to a group which requires login it will still show in the blog. If the Media Object type is 'hidden completely' the entire post will not show up at all.

Maybe what would be helpful is an additional Object Type setting besides 'Hide complete' and 'Hide Title' to allow for 'Hide Featured Image' ?
