Works only on the first opened window

Hi,

Nice webextension to hide the title bar, but it works only on the first opened window. Opening a new window or a new private window will not hide their respective title bars.

FYI, noticed the same issue on Linux Mint 18.2 using Firefox 57.0b14 64-bit.

Many thanks for the initial and subsequent reports! I am aware of the cause of this bug so I don't need any more confirmations.
