Perhaps we can use GLOBIOM regions?

GLOBIOM regions sometimes have strange choices (switserland, greenland, norway, iceland) which do not necessarily indicate a shared agricultural market. Perhaps add a second option to use neighboring countries if they are similar.

Also added code that if the price data is at national level, one region for each country in the study region will be processed and that data will be assigned to all regions of that country. Should work automatically. Needs to be added to main still.
