Problem with git submodule #30

When I launch git submodule add https://github.com/GDGToulouse/devfest-theme-hugo.git themes/devfest-theme-hugo
i got fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git, anyone had it ?

go to your hugo site root directory ,and run : git init. this may resolved ti.
