Feature request: syntax highlighting and code folding for non-GAMS file types #178

Non-GAMS file types are sometimes part of a GAMS project, and so it would be helpful were GAMS Studio to recognize these and provide syntax highlighting and, if applicable, code folding.

Examples that spring to mind are XML files, R scripts, Python scripts, DOS batch files, and sh/bash scripts.
