I'm trying to follow your tutorial but I'm getting the following error:

Any suggestions for how to debug this?

I just started from scratch and got it to work. In case this is relevant for others, I'm running this on ubuntu server (not a raspberry pi) with a Anker PowerConf S330 USB Speakerphone. Once again, thanks for the great tutorials!
