Hello,
I have encountered error where following ReferralServer. Looks like lib is not parsing port from that field

ReferralServer:  rwhois://rwhois.psychz.net:4321

Lib still tries to use port 43

Looks like this regex is not matching port:

https://github.com/FurqanSoftware/node-whois/blob/master/index.coffee#L95

And then logic after that is not handling port
