Drop-down menu in newsfeed style needs improving

If you click the drop-down arrow on the right hand side of the newsfeed item, then as the menu expands so does the post header, which is lame.

Yes, this is still an issue:

You'll see some options on there which aren't available to general users so it's possible that it looks worse in that case, but you can see how the actual content is pushed down.
