Wrong faircoin address being displayed

This was reported by IvanaNS on the "OCP/Agent - Development" telegram group on 07/Feb/19:

"A couple of months ago there's probably been a "glitch in OCP" ( it has happened to 2 people so far, that i know of), and resulted in showing the faircoin address of FreedomCoop membership instead of their own ocp faircoin address - in their OCP profile. Ivana ( not me) copy/pasted that address to her FM shop, so she could get payed if someone requests/buys her service, of course.

Yesterday we were solving some issues regarding the fact that she did not receive faircoins from a buyer, and upon investigating a bit, i've realised that instead of hers those fairs went to the freedomcoop membership address, as i've mentioned above already the reason why. Who do i send snapshots for proof, so she could get those fairs sent to her (real) address and proceed with work that the buyer payed her for? Thanks!

PS. for the record, their OCP profile is now showing the right address."

I have no idea of what happened, but seems like some admin making changes from the old 'coop admin' app about faircoin addresses, or a superuser (not me) making changes in the db to produce this reported behaviors... Maybe in the chats is easier to find an answer about this 'glitch', if the involved agents say something... anyway we keep this issue as open and urgent to remember there's something weird pending to investigate if someone has time enough.

I don't understand why i'm as an assignee for this task, that is in no way related my activity or scope, so i quit from being assignee because i don't know even how to investigate that...
