Looks like there should be a dropdown menu, but it's hidden by the menu bar.

Any info about which was the case? there is the case with just one feedback page (without dropdown) but when the agent has more than one feedback page with more than one project, then the dropdown must appear in the menu. In what situation or agent this is not working as expected? its hidden at all?
