Prevention of and/or graceful recovery from mistakes choosing contests to audit #903

There is a risk of human error in the choices of contests to audit. Mitigations might include:

  • putting more information on the "Select Contests to Audit" screen (such as ballots cast, diluted margin and anything else that would help user choose correctly)
  • creating a review screen for user (like the screen shown to Audit Board before finalizing interpretations of a single ballot card)
  • giving State user an option to reset the list of contests to audit (only during an appropriate time window)
