line 50 in the generic template doesn't include ggplot2 and therefore theme_bw() in line 72 cannot be rendered.

should be changed from:
packages_needed <- c("conflicted", "dplyr", "knitr", "kableExtra", "rprojroot")

to:
packages_needed <- c("conflicted", "dplyr", "knitr", "kableExtra", "rprojroot", "ggplot2")
