Allow for sending mail from the server (sendmail, like PHP's mail())

Though perhaps less common, some users have their servers set up properly to send mail. Let's add the ability to send from the standard input of the sendmail command. With nodemailer or comparable: https://nodemailer.com/transports/sendmail/
