Styling
• Subheadings in TDP should be indented
• “Delete note” should be lower case note.
• all expand arrows should be sideways (>) when collapsed, and vertical (v) when expanded.

Usability:
• if the user enters a bad hashtag (or it is out of context), there should be some indication. A solid underline in Warning Red maybe?
• Contexts for changing medication. Shouldn’t the context be the medication, not the action?
• Swap locations of Sign note and Delete note, and Delete note can lose the button (just icon and text)
• POC: checkboxes and location of expand arrow is confusing and hard to use. See Style guide or Concepts 14.16.
• Delete note should have a confirmation dialog
