Current Behavior

Travelling, so this issue will have to be incomplete and brief, for what it is worth.
Hopefully better than nothing.

The new 1.18.0 ui-gauge does not appear to respect colours for text.
Or perhaps something else has changed that we need to adapt to?
This happens on Safari on Mac and iOS 18.0.1.
Did not happen on the last 1.17.0 ui-gauge

This is a dashboard where the text is intended to be white,
The text is visible for a few seconds and then auto-refreshed and the text goes missing/black. Behaviour appears identical on Safari on Mac and iPhone. Not happening on Ubuntu.
The iPhone is the important one as I can not easily ask users to use something else on their phones which this dash is built for.

If I change to default theme, the text is black but visible;

Expected Behavior

Text should be white in the dark theme.

Steps To Reproduce

See above.

Environment

  • Dashboard version: 1.18.0
  • Node-RED version: 3.0.2 and 4.0.3
  • Node.js version:
  • npm version:
  • Platform/OS: NR on Linux
  • Browser: Safari 18.0.1 on Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1 and iOS 18.0.1

Just a big thanks for the quick fix to at least the text colour issue now in 1.18.1!
Thie dash 2 has been working so well that I took a chance and deployed it on one system.
Thanks for saving my bacon ;)

I would assume this can be closed. Many thanks.
