Issue :
Even with the latest merge the fd-cli is still not compatible with some clients , e.g. Cactus, TAD, Chaingreen, Spare...
For Chaingreen and Spare it throws the "No coins are elegible"... might be that it works as designed, however for the other two -- TAD and Cactus -- it finds valid coins to recover, but nothing happens.
See :
fd-cli --- finds valid coins :

But no changes visible in the Cactus Wallet --- even after several blocks (and obviously - a fully synced wallet) :

only cactus and nchain, others seems ok
