Consumer PR - which can be shared by Graph Foundation and by Float when announcement of the tool

Graph Foundation will only expect this deliverable towards the end of the project timeline (15th November onwards), but deliverable can be completed sooner.

Blog Article is essentially the same / lots of overlap with landing site and docs content (i.e. overview of the tool, problem / solution) + tutorial of how to use the tool

Video Tutorial should be completed first
