Expected Behavior

Today there is only support for SQL Server 2008 and higher, in order to have a wider scope it would be interesting to have support for other SQL-ANSI dialects

Actual Behavior

Functionality not implemented

@ismaelgasparin can you share your ideia how would you implement this?

I've worked on a project that is based on this repository https://github.com/tmsmith/Dapper-Extensions/tree/master/DapperExtensions/Sql. I think of working on this thread, also having a setup instance to indicate the default dialect.
